Know your client

Like we do with our employees we have an on-boarding process for new clients. 
During this process we analyze what risks are connected with a client and the desired service. The process has four [4] steps and determines how we will proceed and interact with a potential client. The outcome will influence:

  • Acceptance of the client

  • Fees commensurate with the embedded risks

  • Rejection of the client
