RESTRUCTURING

  • SME's are most often grown from an entrepreneurial family member from humble beginnings and thus the organization, reporting lines and job descriptions and powers have been defined top down and are rarely written. If at one time the dynamo of this Top-Down structure falls ill or becomes incapacitated the rsult will be chaos.​

  • The organization needs to streamlined and is to be documented in respect to reporting, authority and liabilities and employment contracts need to be amended.
